1.Delivery is free within Blouberg and delivery costs will be
added outside the Blouberg area.

5.Al prices quoted on estimates are valid for a period of 30
days.
6.Advance order 48 hours
7.Please be advised that orders will only be planned for
production once the estimate is signed and together with the payment slip for
the deposit faxed to our office (Fax: 021-5540198)
8.Upon signature of the estimate the client will pay a
non-refundable deposit of 50% of the projected invoice amount. Should
the client cancel up to 48 hours prior to the event, the full cost of the event
will be incurred. The remaining balance is strictly COD.
9.Any overdue invoices will be charged with 8% per annum
interest over the FNB Bank rate (15.5%) for the period outstanding. All bank
charges relating to non-payment and or returned cheques or any other form of
returned payment will incur a charge up to R 500.00 per day at the discretion
of Braai4SouthAfrica. The client shall pay for any legal costs and other
expenses relating to non-payment.
10.All prices are quoted on the basis that catering facilities
are available on site. Braai4SouthAfrica requires to be informed at the time of
order if you require additional equipment or facilities. Additional charges
maybe levied where extras are required.
11.Costs for staff on site are included as stipulated in the
estimate. Additional hours are charged to the client per member of staff. All
staff will be charged at a rate of R 80.00 for each hour or part thereof.
12.The client shall pay Braai4SouthAfrica the full cost of any
loss, injury, damage or breakables attributable to the client during the period
in which the company provides services or goods to the client
